Is the free plan really free forever?

Yes. No credit card, no trial period, no expiry. You can use Craftific.com free indefinitely with 3 templates per niche, all color systems, font pairings, and PDF export.

Can I cancel Pro or Studio at any time?

Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period, then revert to the free plan. No cancellation fees.

Do I own the templates I export?

Yes. Every export — free or paid — includes a commercial use license. You own the files and can sell them on Etsy, Gumroad, or any platform.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and other local payment methods where supported. Billing is handled securely by Dodo Payments — a trusted merchant of record.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you're not satisfied within 3 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.

What AI does Craftific.com use?

Craftific.com's AI features are powered by Claude (by Anthropic), with Google Gemini available for some features. Claude and Gemini handle listing copy, batch SEO, niche analysis, and keyword research.

Prompts are sent to Anthropic (and Google Gemini for some features) to generate results. All calls route through our Cloudflare Worker proxy — our API keys are stored as encrypted Worker secrets and never reach your browser.

Is there a yearly discount?

Yes. Pro yearly is $179 (saving $49 vs monthly billing — 21% off). Studio yearly is $349 (saving $119 vs monthly billing — 25% off).

How much of my Etsy sale actually goes to fees?

Etsy takes roughly 10.5–14% of a typical digital download sale (6.5% transaction fee, $0.20 listing fee, and 3% + $0.25 payment processing in the US) — separate from whatever you pay Craftific.com.
