1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Craftific.com at https://craftific.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Craftific.com is a web-based platform for Etsy sellers and digital product creators that provides:

• AI-assisted generation of print-ready digital templates (planners, journals, book interiors, and similar formats)
• Listing optimisation tools — titles, tags, and descriptions
• Market and competitor data insights for Etsy sellers
• AI-assisted marketing assets, such as social graphics and promotional materials

The Service integrates with select third-party platforms, including Etsy and one or more AI service providers, to deliver these features. Access credentials for these integrations are handled securely and are not exposed to your browser or device.

3. Account Registration

Craftific.com requires an account to access Studio features. You may register using Google Sign-In, which creates a Craftific.com account associated with your Google email address and display name. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Craftific.com reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Etsy Integration

Craftific.com integrates with the Etsy API to provide market intelligence and, if you choose to connect your Etsy shop, personalised shop tools. This integration works as follows:

• Craftific.com can retrieve publicly available Etsy listing and market data for its intelligence features — no Etsy account connection is required for this.
• To access your own shop data (listings, statistics, drafts), you must authorise Craftific.com via Etsy's official OAuth consent flow. This is entirely optional.
• When you authorise Etsy access, Craftific.com requests only the minimum permissions needed to provide its features. See the Etsy Integration page for the exact permissions requested.
• Craftific.com will not take any action on your Etsy shop — creating, modifying, or deleting listings — without your direct instruction within the Service.
• You may revoke Etsy access at any time via Etsy's Account Security page.

By using Etsy-connected features, you agree to comply with the Etsy API Terms of Use and Etsy's Terms of Use.

5. AI-Powered Features

Craftific.com uses one or more third-party AI service providers to generate content including listing copy, template designs, and marketing assets. When you use AI features:

• Your prompts and inputs are processed through our infrastructure to generate results. Applicable third-party usage policies may also apply.
• AI-generated content is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing it on Etsy or elsewhere.
• Craftific.com does not guarantee that AI-generated listing copy will rank in Etsy search, comply with Etsy's policies, or achieve any specific business outcome.
• AI-generated content that you use commercially is your responsibility. Verify that it does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring content you create with Craftific.com and publish on Etsy complies with Etsy's policies, intellectual property laws, and applicable regulations.
• Complying with Etsy's policies on AI-generated content disclosure, where applicable.
• Not using Craftific.com to scrape, circumvent, or abuse Etsy's API rate limits or terms of service.
• Not using Craftific.com to generate or distribute spam, misleading listings, or fraudulent content.
• Maintaining the security of your Craftific.com account credentials.

7. Intellectual Property

Content you generate using Craftific.com (templates, listings, marketing assets) belongs to you. Craftific.com does not claim ownership over your generated outputs.

The Craftific.com application, its design, branding, underlying technology, and content (including the guides at /guides/) are owned by Craftific.com and may not be copied, reproduced, reverse engineered, or redistributed without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Craftific.com is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Etsy market data made available through the Service is complete, accurate, or current.
• AI-generated content will be accurate, suitable for publication, or free from errors.
• Results from using the Service will meet your business goals or revenue expectations.
• The Service will remain available or be maintained indefinitely.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Craftific.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to: loss of revenue, loss of Etsy account standing, API account suspension, or data loss.

10. Third-Party Services

Craftific.com connects to select third-party services, including Etsy, one or more AI service providers, analytics providers, and infrastructure/hosting providers, in order to operate. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of these services. Their respective terms of service and privacy policies govern their use.

11. Service Availability and Changes

Craftific.com may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We may also change pricing for premium features, with advance notice to existing subscribers. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Craftific.com to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
• Abuse or circumvent API rate limits or terms of service of third-party providers.
• Generate or distribute spam, misleading content, or fraudulent Etsy listings.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying architecture of Craftific.com.
• Use automated tools to access Craftific.com in ways that abuse its infrastructure.

13. Account Termination

You may delete your Craftific.com account at any time by emailing contactus@craftific.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your account data and any connected authorisation tokens will be deleted within 30 days.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects changes. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of Craftific.com after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Craftific.com's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at contactus@craftific.com and allow at least 30 days for us to informally resolve the dispute.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis, and waive any right to participate in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek injunctive relief for actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's intellectual property or confidentiality rights.
