Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 17, 2026

Summary: We collect the minimum needed to run your account, and we use third-party providers for authentication, hosting, and analytics. Analytics providers may record how you interact with pages, including clicks and scrolling. We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising or marketing cookies.

1. Who We Are

Craftific.com ("we", "our", "the Service") is a web-based platform for sellers of digital products, available at https://craftific.com. For any privacy question or request, contact contactus@craftific.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you actively provide, and information your device sends automatically when you use the Service:

Log data may not identify you on its own, but it can in combination with other information.

3. How We Use Information

We only use personal information where we have a legitimate reason to do so, and only as far as is reasonably necessary to:

We do not use the content you generate for any purpose beyond fulfilling your request.

4. Connected Accounts

You may choose to connect a third-party seller account, such as an online marketplace or social platform. If you do, you are redirected to that provider's own consent screen, where you approve the specific permissions requested. We request only the minimum permissions needed for the features you use, and access tokens are stored securely and never exposed in your browser. You can disconnect at any time from your account settings, or revoke access directly with that provider. Each provider's own privacy policy governs the data it holds about you.

5. Analytics and Cookies

We use third-party analytics and product-usage providers to understand how visitors navigate the Service. These may collect anonymised usage data including pages visited, session duration, device and browser type, approximate geographic region derived from an anonymised IP address, referring source, and interaction data such as clicks and scrolling, which may be used to reconstruct anonymised recordings of a session. We do not send personally identifying information to these providers.

We use cookies for two purposes only: keeping you signed in, and the anonymised analytics described above. We do not use advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though sign-in will not work without authentication cookies.

6. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers necessary to operate the Service — including authentication, hosting, data storage, and analytics providers — and only to the extent needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information to courts, regulators, or law enforcement where required by law. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

Some of these providers operate outside your country. Where information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with this policy.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it. Account data is retained until you delete your account; analytics data is retained for a limited period per our providers' standard retention settings; access tokens for connected accounts are retained until you disconnect or revoke them. Content stored in your browser is cleared when you clear your browser data. Where information is no longer required, we delete it or remove the details that identify you, unless we must keep it to meet a legal or accounting obligation.

8. Security

We protect the information we hold within commercially acceptable means, including HTTPS across the Service and encrypted storage of authentication tokens and access credentials. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security. You are responsible for the strength and security of your own password. We will comply with the laws applicable to us in respect of any data breach.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to it or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email contactus@craftific.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change, and we will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
