Part of: How to Sell Printables on Etsy (2026 Guide) · Printables & planners
Daily planners, habit trackers, and shadow work journals — sold individually or bundled into a higher-value self-care kit.
Self care planner templates on Craftific include daily planners, habit trackers and shadow work journals, sold individually or bundled into a higher-value self-care kit. You can edit free and export a print-ready 300 DPI PDF, with a commercial-use licence to sell the finished files.
The full Wellness collection in Craftific.com Studio also includes the Wellness Authority set (Therapy Client Onboarding Suite, Coach Brand Starter Kit, Healing Journal Interior) and the Bubblegum Self-Care Studio (Affirmation Card Deck, Mental Health Journal):
Wellness is one of the most evergreen categories on Etsy, but it's also one of the easiest to get visually wrong by copying design cues from a different niche entirely.
Muted palettes signal calm, not low effort. Sage green, warm cream, and soft terracotta consistently outperform bright, saturated colors in this niche - the opposite pattern from a niche like ADHD, where high contrast is the goal. A wellness buyer associates visual calm with the emotional outcome they're actually shopping for, so a loud palette works against the sale even if the design itself is well-executed.
Generous white space reads as trustworthy. A cramped page with every inch filled feels stressful - the opposite of what a self-care buyer wants to feel before they've even started using the product. Leaving deliberate breathing room around each section is a conversion decision, not just an aesthetic one.
Bundling raises average order value without extra design work. The Self-Care Starter Kit above sells the same five pieces buyers would otherwise purchase separately, at a combined price that's lower than the sum of individual prices but higher revenue per sale than any single item - a pattern that holds across most digital product niches, not just wellness.
Every file you export from these self-care planner templates comes with a commercial-use licence for the finished product, on every plan including Free. That means you can:
What the licence doesn't allow is reselling the templates themselves: you can't sell or give away Craftific's layouts as a template pack, a PLR/MRR bundle or an editable design file. Customise them into your own finished product, and that product is yours to sell. The full wording is in our terms of service.
Make the product specific to one buyer, export a print-ready PDF at 300 DPI, and write the listing with the free title, tag and description generators.
Turn the pages into a simple self-care plan — daily routines, check-ins and habit trackers — and print it or use it on a tablet.
The daily wellness planner is a single 8-page recurring-use document. The self-care starter kit is a 5-piece bundle (planner, tracker, affirmations, weekly review, monthly goals) sold as one higher-value listing - bundling typically commands a higher price than any single piece alone.
Yes, several wellness templates - particularly the Shadow Work Journal - are built to also meet KDP's 6×9 trim and bleed specs, so the same design can be sold as a printable on Etsy and as a paperback on Amazon KDP.
Some do - the Wellness Authority set includes a Therapy Client Onboarding Suite and Healing Journal Interior built specifically for practitioners to use with or sell to clients.
Sage green, cream, and terracotta signal calm, which is the emotional outcome a wellness buyer is actually shopping for. Bright palettes work well in other niches like ADHD, but read as visually stressful in a self-care context.
Generic wellness planners face heavy competition, but specific sub-niches - shadow work, therapy-adjacent tools, coach-branded kits - have meaningfully less competition while still tapping the same evergreen buyer demand.
Start with 2-3 individual listings to see which specific piece gets traction, then bundle your best performers - launching only as a bundle first makes it harder to diagnose what's actually driving sales.
