Part of: How to Sell Printables on Etsy (2026 Guide) · Printables & planners
Product labels, care cards, and craft fair packs for soy and wax melt sellers — where compliance labeling is as important as the design itself.
Candle label templates on Craftific include product labels, warning and care cards and craft fair packs for candle and wax melt sellers. Check your local labelling rules for required safety text. You can edit free and export a print-ready 300 DPI PDF, with a commercial-use licence to sell the finished files.
The full Candle collection also covers the production and back-office side of the business — a batch record sheet for tracking wax and fragrance lots, and a finance tracker — alongside the customer-facing labels and cards.
Candle sellers are unusual among Etsy digital-product buyers in that some of what they need isn't optional styling — it's regulatory. Warning labels with fire-safety text and burn instructions are commonly expected on candle and wax melt packaging, which puts this niche closer to a compliance category than a purely decorative one.
Warm, muted earth tones dominate because they read as natural and premium simultaneously. The cream, tan, and warm-brown palette across this collection signals "hand-poured, small-batch" positioning, which is specifically what soy and coconut-wax sellers are trying to communicate against mass-produced paraffin candles.
The Craft Fair Pack exists as a distinct purchase from the online-shop labels because in-person selling has completely different needs — price display signs and scent description cards for a table setup, versus a shipping label and thank-you insert for an online order. A seller doing both channels genuinely needs both sets.
Label templates are priced lowest per item in this collection specifically because they're a recurring, per-batch reorder, not a one-time setup purchase — a seller pouring a new candle batch reprints labels every time, which is a fundamentally different purchase cadence from the one-time Business Starter Pack.
Every file you export from these candle label templates comes with a commercial-use licence for the finished product, on every plan including Free. That means you can:
What the licence doesn't allow is reselling the templates themselves: you can't sell or give away Craftific's layouts as a template pack, a PLR/MRR bundle or an editable design file. Customise them into your own finished product, and that product is yours to sell. The full wording is in our terms of service.
Make the product specific to one buyer, export a print-ready PDF at 300 DPI, and write the listing with the free title, tag and description generators.
Warning and care labels are included alongside product labels. Labelling requirements differ by country, so check the safety wording your market requires before you print.
The Candle Care + Warning Labels template includes standard care and warning text formatting, but exact required wording can vary by your state or country's regulations, so verify the specific text against your local requirements before finalizing your labels.
Bundling is the difference: the Starter Pack combines the product label, care card, thank you insert, scent menu, wholesale line sheet, and packaging insert into one purchase; buying just the label templates alone is a narrower, lower-cost option for sellers who already have the rest of their branding sorted.
Round, rectangle and square formats come in the Candle Product Label Template, sized for common jar and tin shapes; beyond that, you can further resize any template in the Design Studio to match a specific container.
It's designed specifically for in-person table displays — price signs and description cards — so for an online shop the Business Starter Pack's labels and inserts are the better fit.
Yes, the label and care card templates are written to work for both wax melts and poured candles; the scent menu and business templates are format-agnostic across your product line.
Personal tracking: it is built as a production tracking tool for your own batch consistency and inventory purposes, not as a certified regulatory document — check with your local authority if formal batch documentation is required for your business.
