Welcome guides, price guides, and marketing bundles in moody, gold-accented palettes built for premium positioning — plus specialty pieces for newborn and wedding shoots.
Photography templates on Craftific include client welcome guides, price guides, shot lists, contracts and marketing bundles, with pieces for newborn and wedding shoots. You can edit free and export a print-ready 300 DPI PDF, with a commercial-use licence to sell the finished files, or use them with your own clients.
The full Photography collection also breaks out by specialty — a posing log built specifically for newborn sessions, a shot list built for wedding-day coverage — since a portrait photographer and a wedding photographer need genuinely different working documents, not the same bundle relabeled.
Photographers are selling a premium, sometimes luxury experience to their own clients, and the dark, gold-accented palette across this niche's bestsellers signals that positioning directly — it's a deliberately different visual language from the light, airy tones common in family or lifestyle niches.
Specialty fragmentation matters more here than in most niches. A newborn photographer needs a posing log; a wedding photographer needs a shot list and vendor contact sheet; a brand photographer needs neither. Buyers search for the specific document their specialty requires, so a generic "photography bundle" alone leaves real demand unmet.
The Price Guide Template is disproportionately valuable in this catalogue because pricing conversations are a well-known conversion bottleneck for photographers — a well-designed price guide directly affects how much a photographer's own clients are willing to pay, which justifies charging more for it than a plain PDF price list would command.
The Photography Business Bundle sits at the top of the price range because it covers the entire client journey in one purchase — booking through delivery — which is the same "complete system beats single document" pattern that drives conversion across every service-business niche in this catalogue.
Every file you export from these photography business templates comes with a commercial-use licence for the finished product, on every plan including Free. That means you can:
What the licence doesn't allow is reselling the templates themselves: you can't sell or give away Craftific's layouts as a template pack, a PLR/MRR bundle or an editable design file. Customise them into your own finished product, and that product is yours to sell. The full wording is in our terms of service.
Make the product specific to one buyer, export a print-ready PDF at 300 DPI, and write the listing with the free title, tag and description generators.
Welcome guides, questionnaires and pricing guides export as PDFs to send to clients before a session.
Yes — the Newborn Photography Posing Log and Wedding Photography Shot List are built specifically for those two specialties, in addition to the general-purpose Photography Business Bundle.
The bundle covers the full client journey — booking form, style questionnaire, shot list, and delivery templates — while the welcome guide alone focuses on the single pre-session step of preparing a client for their appointment.
Every template is editable in the Design Studio, so you can swap the dark backgrounds and gold accents for a lighter palette if that better matches your brand.
It's designed to present your packages and pricing clearly and professionally, which photographers commonly report helps reduce sticker-shock pushback, though the actual price point is still set by you.
They cover client-facing business documents (booking, pricing, delivery guides) rather than anything tied to a specific capture medium, so they work regardless of film or digital workflow.
These are licensed for use in your own client-facing business documents, not for reselling the templates themselves to other photographers as a product.
